If you receive your BlendiZ and realise it's not the product for you, you can send it back with 14 days of the product being delivered and we will provide a full refund, no questions asked!
In the unlikely case that you receive your BlendiZ damaged in anyway, please send us your tracking number along with a picture of the damaged goods and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.
When you place an order it will be shipped within 2 to 4 working days, international shipping will then usually take between 14-21days. In the unlikely case that you still haven't received your product after 24 days, go to the Contact Us page and a member of our customer service team will quickly inform you where your package is currently situated.
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please get hold of us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
